Description: This noncredit advanced online, asynchronous course prepares learners to design AI-enabled systems, lead organizational adoption, and steward responsible innovation. Participants explore agentic workflows, knowledge bases, human factors in change management, and future-oriented planning. This course positions learners as leaders rather than individual users of AI tools.

Who Should Enroll

Directors, senior strategists, innovation leaders, experienced consultants, and administrators responsible for organizational design or policy.

Course Requirements

Participants are required to have access to an AI tool of their choice. A paid subscription is strongly recommended.
