Through engaging examples and practical insights, you will learn to identify and challenge ageist assumptions, beliefs, and behaviors that influence decision-making, collaboration, and workplace interactions. - Analyze how age-related stereotypes and assumptions influence communication, decision-making, collaboration, and organizational culture.
