The Public Health Communication Series is a discounted bundle of the following courses:
- Population Health Assessment
- Public Health Systems, Policy, and Values
- Evidence-Based Prevention and Health Promotion
- Global and Ecological Health Systems
This series provides a foundational understanding of public health and population health practice, with emphasis on assessment, systems thinking, prevention, policy, equity, and global health challenges. You will explore how data, scientific evidence, and public health values are used to understand health trends, identify disparities, evaluate interventions, and promote healthier communities.
Discounts: Discounts are available to VCU employees and current students. Please email ocpe@vcu.edu to obtain your coupon code prior to registration. Any available coupon codes must be used/applied at the time of enrollment, cannot be combined with other discounts/coupons or waivers, and will not be retroactively applied.
Cancellation and Refund Policies: No refunds are available after registration. In the unlikely event that this course is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the university will fully refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including change or cancellation charges to include but not limited to airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
